Call it what you will (nap time, down time, rest time), but taking time to reset is simply part of good health. And this too is Torah.

Thank you for these thought provoking readings. I love getting them in my email. My husband and I are still really interested in Judaism. I have been reading as much as I can get my hands on. I know that the conversion classes don’t start until next Fall but is there any study group or other classes that I could be taking? Is it okay to come to shabbat even if we are not Jewish?
Thank you for any help, Denise Rowland ________________________________

Denise-
I’m so glad you are enjoying these and reading! I would say that your best bet for in person learning is to take the intro class in the fall. That said, you can certainly visit a synagogue for services to try it out.
